The purpose of this request for proposals, is for the establishment of a panel of legal service providers, that will be to balance and augment the capacity of the Companies Tribunal; to develop strategic responses to challenges facing the Organisation; to initiate and implement programs which will give effect to those responses; and to undertake specific legal tasks, either as part of strategies to be developed or as ad hoc responses to particular problems which may arise.
