Key responsibilities: Policy and Procedures: •Ensure that records are archived in line with registry procedures •Provide input for report on records management to the Registry Manager. Maintenance of the Filing System: •Responsible for the maintenance of all files in terms of Archive Regulations •Responsible for the implementation of the approved file plan. Disposal and Protection of Records: •Provide input to the disposal plan of all the old records •Assist with Case Management.
Job requirements: •A National diploma in Administration or Records Management •Legal Background and Public Administration will serve as an advantage •3+ years working experience in a records management environment. Skills: •Attention to detail •Planning and organising •Project management •Stakeholder management.
