Key Responsibilities: Coordination of the receptionist area • Provide assistance to walk-in clients• Welcome visitors • Ensure maintenance of office equipments •Attend incoming calls • Screen calls and resolve telephone queries • Provide administrative support when required •Photocopy and binding of documents • Provide auxiliary services, including boardroom bookings and meeting refreshments
Job requirements: •Relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification• 2 years’ experience in switchboard / reception• Call Centre experience will be an added advantage• Business Language proficiency• Professionalism• Time Management• Client Orientated• Microsoft Office
