Vacancy Details:

Key responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of strategies and policies. Advise on best practice and develop norms and standards for case management. Develop and oversee the organisational file plan. Oversee the allocation of cases. Manage case load of the Tribunal. Oversee the maintenance of all case registers.
