Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to Tribunal Administration
- Provide support to Members on adjudication and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Advice in relation to resolution of disputes as contemplated in Chapter 7 of the Companies Act.
- Provide secretariat, research, and other support to the Tribunal Members and to governance Committees (REMCO, ARC, etc) as well as Management Committee
- Participate in Stakeholder Management: Participate in all Companies Tribunal’s outreach programmes
- Conduct research for the Tribunal
- Handle all court processes, including case reviews
- Handle Labour related matters internally, at the CCMA and other courts.

Requirements:
- LLB Degree or equivalent Law Degree
- Admission as an Advocate or Attorney will serve as an added advantage
- 5+ years working experience in legal profession
