Duties
- Strategic Leadership and Management: developing the strategic plans, annual plans and operational plans
- Operations Management: planning and reporting and overseeing of Registry and Legal functions;
- Finance and Risk Management: oversee the financial planning and budgeting, proper financial controls and risk management
- Corporate Services Oversight: oversee the Human Resources Management, Information and Communications Technology, and Marketing and Communications
- Compliance with PFMA and relevant legislation
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices
- Align business activities with the Tribunal’s mandate and strategic objectives
- Lead organisational change initiatives/ processes to ensure that the Tribunal operate optimally and efficiently.
- Speerhead strategies to steer the Tribunal’s future in a positive direction

Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management /Public Administration or relevant qualification
- Minimum 10+ years working experience
- At least 5 years’ experience at senior management / executive level.
- Additional Qualifications such as LLB and or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to dealing with legal matters.
