Key responsibilities: Support the accounting authority in providing strategic direction and leadership to Companies Tribunal. Ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures in terms of the PFMA and Companies Act. Develop and implement the 5-year strategic plan, annual performance plan and business plan and ensure performance reporting thereof. Work with various governance structures to fulfil their mandate. Ensure proper, risk, stakeholder and case management.
Job requirements: Qualifications – Postgraduate degree in Public / Business Administration or equivalent. Master’s degree qualification in Law will be an added advantage. Experience – 12 years at senior / executive level. Exposure to dealing with legal matters.
