The Companies Tribunal calls for applications for the appointment of Members to serve on the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee (REMCO), for a period of three years:

Key Responsibilities

• The responsibilities will include but not limited to ensuring that the Companies Tribunal’s Human Resources Framework and policies are in line with the Laws of the country and best practices.
• Making recommendations on issues related to Human Resources and Remuneration.
• Advising on Organisational Development.
• Review of items highlighted by internal  and the external auditors  with regard to HR related matters.
• Review and making recommendations on the Organisational Performance, particularly at the executive level.
• Advising the Chairperson on any HR and remuneration related matters.
