The Companies Tribunal calls for applications for the appointment of Members to serve on the following committee, for a period of three years:

AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE (LEGAL) X 1, Centre: Pretoria | Ref – 09/2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe-guarding of assets
• Oversight on adequate procedures and controls; financial reporting processes and systems of internal control over financial reporting
• Audit processes
• Oversight on Internal processes for monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and the code of ethics and conduct
• Previewing of financial information and preparation of annual financial statements
• Review of items highlighted by the internal and external auditors
• Enterprise wide risk management, anti-corruption and combined assurance processes
• Business continuity management process
• Overseeing of the implementation of the corporate governance model Advising/guiding/supporting the institution on any other relevant matter of significance.
