The Companies Tribunal calls for applications for the appointment of Members to serve on the following committee, for a period of three years: Requirements
  • LLB, BCom Law or related qualification
  • The following will be added advantage: a master’s or higher degrees in any of the above, registration with LPC and admission as an attorney / advocate, etc.
  • Five (5) years management experience in Compliance / Legal field and participation in governance structures ● Analytical reasoning abilities
  • Good communication skills and
  • Understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks governing the Companies Tribunal.

Requirements
  • A degree in Information Technology or related qualification
  • The following will be added advantage: a master’s or higher degrees in any of the above and registration with any relevant body such as ICITP, etc.
  • Five (5) years management experience in Information Technology and ICT governance as well as participation in governance structures
  • Analytical reasoning abilities
  • Good communication skills and
  • Understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks.
