The Tribunal is calling for applications for the Assistant Supply Chain Practitioner position:

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Assess needs to ensure that goods and services are acquired to deliver agreed services of the Tribunal.
  • Coordinate and implement procurement plan.
  • Implement and monitor demand management plan.
  • Ensure that goods/services to be procured have not already been provided for on National Treasury transversal contract.
  • Draft proper and unambiguous bidding documents and criteria.
  • Invite bids from relevant service providers on the central supplier database.
  • Advertise bids in prescribed media
  • Open bids at the stipulated time and place upon closure of bids.
  • List bids in a bid opening register upon receipt.
  • Makes sure that all the required documentation are signed by a duly authorized person.
  • Publish particulars of successful bidders in accordance with prescriptions.
  • Administrate deviations from competitive bidding in accordance with prescripts
