As we come to the end of the financial year, the Companies Tribunal (Tribunal) would like to remind you of the Annual Seminar hosted in partnership with the University of Cape Town’s Commercial Law Department. It is with great pleasure that we share progress made to create awareness and promote the services of the Tribunal which focuses on adjudication of disputes as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
