The Annual Report highlights the Companies Tribunal’s achievements for the 2016/17 financial year which was marked by a significant improvement in the Tribunal’s performance. The audited Financial Statements reflect the consistently sound financial management of the Companies Tribunal which is supported by the Tribunal obtaining a clean audit report from the Auditor-General of South Africa.
