At the conclusion of adjudication proceedings, the presiding member of the Companies Tribunal must issue a decision together with written reasons for it. A decision by the Companies Tribunal is binding and enforceable. The Tribunal’s decision can be taken on review to the High Court by the party who is not satisfied with the outcome of the matter.
