The First Respondent ought to have been the Commissioner of Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) but the Applicant has not deemed it fit to join the Commissioner as a Respondent; and neither has the Applicant deemed it fit to join the CENTURION NEW LIFE WORSHIP CENTRE (CNLW) as a second Respondent when applying for relief for a default order.
