The application contains very serious allegations against Messrs. Payne, Jee and De Melo (conveniently referred to as the respondents) imputing criminal conduct and corporate governance breaches as members of the board of
directors of the Westlake HOA. There has since been an election of a new board of directors which replaced the respondents.
