The Applicant (Objector) is Tiger Food Brands Intellectual Property Holding Company (Pty) Ltd, a company duly incorporated and registered in accordance with the Company Laws of the Republic of South Africa, and having its principal place of business at 3010 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, Gauteng. The Applicant is the proprietor in South Africa of the trade marks TIGER, TIGER BRANDS and a Tiger Device as enumerated on para 5, page 4 of the founding affidavit of Ian Isdale, of the Applicant company
