The Applicant is bringing an application in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The Applicant’s application was served on the First Respondent on the 15th May 2012 at 2227 Zone 2, Seshego, Limpopo Province on one Anna Ledwaba the mother of the owner of Tumishang Lego Trading, by the Sheriff. The First Respondent did not serve or file any notice to oppose the Applicant’s application. The First Respondent has also failed to serve or file any answering papers to the Applicant’s application. There is no proof that the second Respondent was served.
