The Applicant applies in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act/Companies Act”) and regulations 143 and 153 of the Companies Act (GNR 351 OF 265 April 2011) (“Companies Act regulations”/”regulations”) for a default order that the Respondent be ordered to change its name , to wit “Workstar CC” because it does not comply with section 11 of the Companies Act
