The Applicant is bringing an application in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The Applicant was unable to serve their application on the Respondent after several attempts by the Sheriff.It seems like the Applicant is unable to trace the whereabouts of the Respondent. The Applicant has already tried to effect changes on the Respondent’s postal address without success. It seems like the Applicant has run out of ideas and does not know how to take the matter further.
