The Applicant applies in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (‘the Act / ‘Companies Act’) and regulations 143 and 153 of the Companies Act (GNR 351 OF 265 April 2011)(‘Companies Act regulations /regulations) for a default order that the Respondent be ordered to change its name, to with “DGB Networking (Pty) Ltd” because it does not comply with section 11 of the Companies Act.
