GROWTHPOINT Properties Ltd is claiming a right to challenge the continued registration and/or use of the second respondent’s name, GROWTH POINT Engineering Corporation (Pty)Ltd and is seeking the following relief in accordance with Section 160(3) of the Act: 1.1. A determination that the second respondent’s registered company name, GROWTH POINT ENGINEERING CORPORATION offends against the provisions of Section 11(2) of the Act.
