This is an application in terms of Regulation 153(1), read with Regulation 153(2)(b) of the Companies Regulations 2011, for the order as requested in the application made by Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Limited, in terms of Section 160(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), that the name Smart Shopper Trade (Pty) Limited does not satisfy the requirements of Sections 11(2)(a), 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Act and that Smart Shopper Trade (Pty) Limited be directed to choose a new name as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Act.
