The above matter (“Main Application”) concerns an application by the Applicant for the removal of the Respondent as a director of the Company in terms of section 71(8) of the Companies Act. While the grounds for removal will not be considered in this order, it is worthwhile to mention that the grounds
for removal relied on by the Applicant include the allegations that that the Respondent has been uncontactable and unresponsive for over a year, and has therefore not been performing her duties as a director.
