This is an application brought in terms of Section 160 of the companies Act for an order as follows:
- Applicant requests that the Tribunal grant default judgement in its favour,
- Directing the First Respondent to change its name to one which does not consist of, or incorporate, the mark Time Square, or any other mark which is confusingly and/or deceptively similar to the Applicant’s Time Square trademark,
