That the Applicant as represented by Ms. Adonis to:
- reinstate the Board that was dissolved on the 03rd of May 2021.
- Submit to the CIPC proof that the Board was dissolved on the 03rd of May 2021 has been restored.
- Submit to the CIPC proof that an application form CoR 39 has been filed with the Commission within ten (10) business days to update the Applicant’s (TDGIH) register of Directors
