This is an application for a default order, in terms of S. 160 (1) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), read with Regulation 153, that the first Respondent’s name, Neotech IT Solutions CC, does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11 (2) of the Act.
