This is an application for a default order, in terms of S.160 of t h e Companies Ac t (“ t h e Ac t ” ) , read with Regulation 153, that the Respondent, Cresco Holdings (Pty) Ltd, does not satisfy the requirements of Sect ion 11(2) (a) (i ) of the Act, and that the Respondent be directed to change its registered name to a name that is not the same as that of the Applicant.
