The applicant applies in terms of s 2(3) of the Companies Act, for a ruling from the Tribunal that a certain person “… be exempted from the application of Section 2(3) of the Companies Act…” as per para 20 of the supporting affidavit of as stated in of the supporting affidavit of Peter John Temple (“Temple”) duly authorized thereto by the board of applicant.
