  • That the First Respondent’s company name, Polimedics Dentistry does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11of the Companies Act and that the First Respondent be directed to choose a new name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act, and,
  • Granting alternative relief in the event that the First Respondent fails to comply with the Order as set out in 2.1.1 within a period of sixty days, two (2) months.
