This is an application brought in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act No 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) where the Applicant applies to the Tribunal for a determination on whether the Notice, COR 9.5 – Ref 923079117, issued by the Respondent on 2 December 2014 should beset aside and the Respondent be directed to reserve the name Applicant had applied for.
