This is an application for an order that the First Respondent’s company name, RMB Northern Cape Construction and Projects (Pty) Limited, does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11 of the Companies Act and that the Tribunal directs the First Respondent to choose a new name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act. Alternatively, in case the First Respondent fails to choose a new name, for an order from the Tribunal directing the Second Respondent to change the First Respondent’s name to its registration number followed by “(Pty) Ltd. , within a period of two months.
