This is an application in terms of Section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) for a determination and an order that the name of the First Respondent, Unplugged (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2024/15372/07), does not satisfy the requirements of Sections 11 (2)(a)(iii), 11 (2)(b) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act, and that the First Respondent should be directed to change its name, as provided for in Section 160 of the Companies Act, and in particular Section 160(3)(b)(ii) thereof.
