This is an opposed application where the Tribunal is required to determine whether the name of the First Respondent satisfies the requirements of sections 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c) of the Companies Act, should the Tribunal find that the First Respondent’s name offends against these provisions, it is requested to direct the First Respondent to change its name.
