The Applicant applies in terms of Regulation 153 of the Companies Act 71 0f 2008 (“the Act”), for a Default Order that:
- the First Respondent’s company name, Oros Sewing Enterprise (Pty) LIMITED does not satisfy the requirements of Sections 11 of the Act and directing that First Respondent change its name as provided for in Section 160 (3)(b)(ii) of the Act.
