This is an application for a default judgment where the Tribunal is requested to make an order that the First Respondent’s name does not satisfy the requirements of the provisions of sections 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act. To further direct the First Respondent to change its name to one that does not violate the provisions of this section.
