Afgri Operations Limited (the applicant), applies that a default order1 be granted against Afgri Drone Proprietary Limited (the respondent), in terms of which the latter’s name is found to be unsatisfactory of the requirements of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Act). The corollary of the aforesaid finding is that the respondent has to be directed to choose a new name and accordingly amend its Memorandum of Incorporation.
