This is an application brought in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act No 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) where the Applicant applies to the Tribunal for a determination on whether the Notice, COR 9.5 – Ref 925959623, issued by the Respondent on 28 April 2015 should be set aside and the Respondent be directed to reserve the name Applicant had applied for.
