This is an application in terms of section 71(8)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (‘’the Act’’) for an Administrative Order determining the removal of the Respondent as a director of Choane Developments (Pty) Ltd), a private company with registration number 2015/415837/07. The Applicant brought the application on a default basis and has satisfied the requirements of Regulations 143 and 153 for a default application to be considered.
