In this application, the Tribunal is required to determine whether the name of the First Respondent satisfies the requirements of sections 11(2)(a)(iii) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (hereafter ‘Companies Act’). Further, should the Tribunal find that any of the Respondents’ names offends against these provisions, it should direct the First Respondent to choose a new name.
