The Applicant applied to the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal) in terms of section 61 (7) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the “Act” / “Companies Act”) and regulation 142 of the regulations in terms of the Companies Act (GNR 351 of 26 April 2011) (“Companies Act regulations” / “regulation/s”) for an extension to hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”).
