The Applicant filed a name dispute against the First Respondent in terms of section 160 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The dispute arises from the similarity between the two company names, which the Applicant contends is likely to confuse members of the public and therefore contravenes section 11(2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008
