The Applicant whose registered place of business is More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ, United Kingdom, a corporation duly incorporated and existing under the company laws of England and Wales, brings an application in terms of Sections 11 (2) (a) (iii) and Section 11 (2)(b),and (c) and 160 of the Companies Act 2008 (“the Act”) read with Regulation (Reg.) 153 for an order that the First Respondent change its name to one not incorporating the word ORANGE or any other word confusingly and/or deceptively similar to its ORANGE trade mark (Refer to form CTR 142) as it offends against the provisions of Section 11 (2)(a)(iii); 11 (2)(b) and (c) of the Act.
