The Applicant brought this application before the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal) to set aside the Respondent’s notice refusing the Applicant’s name reservation, and to direct the Respondent, in terms of section 160 of the Act and Regulation 13 of the Regulations, to reserve the name the Applicant applied for. The Tribunal’s date stamp of the application Form CTR142 reflects that filing date as 5 November 2024.
