The Applicant held its last Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 31st March 2024 and submits that it would not be able to hold its annual general meeting within the stipulated time mainly due to the following reasons: –
- There was a delay in the finalization of the audited financial statements (AFS) for the financial year ending the 2024.
- Furthermore, for the period three month (maximum 3 months) from which date on which the Annual General Meeting of the Company should have been held.
