This is an application in terms of Regulation 153(1), read with Regulation 153(2)(b) of the Companies Regulations 2011 to the Companies Tribunal (the Tribunal), for the order as requested in the application made by the Applicant in terms of Section 160(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), that the name TOYS R LUST (PTY) LIMITED does not satisfy the requirement of Sections 11(2)(b) and l1(2)(c)(i) of the Act and that TOYS R LUST (PTY) LIMITED be directed to choose a new name as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Act
