This is an application brought in terms of sections 160(1) and 160(2)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) seeking an order in terms of section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Act, directing the First Respondent to change its name, on the basis that it contravenes the provisions of section 11(2) of the Act.
