The ex parte application is brought by Graeme Garry Auret, who is duly authorised by a Board Resolution to act on behalf of the Applicant, for a declaration that the Applicant is authorised to appoint a Social and Ethics Committee (“SEC”) comprising of only members of the Applicant staff and not be required to appoint an independent member to the SEC.
