This is an application for a default judgment where the Tribunal is requested to make an order that the First Respondent’s name does not satisfy the requirement of sections 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act.1 To further direct the First Respondent to change its name to that which does not violate the provisions of these sections.
