The Applicant herein has filed a default order application before the Tribunal and requested for an order that the First Respondent be ordered to change its name “LEGO TRADING AND PROJECTS (PTY) LTD”, to a name that does not incorporate the Applicant’s “LEGO” trade mark. This application is not opposed by the Respondent(s).
